Relationship managers typically hold CFP® or similar certifications and have extensive experience in comprehensive financial planning.

Investment Team

Our investment team, led by CFA® charterholders, is responsible for portfolio construction, manager selection, and ongoing investment management. They conduct rigorous research, monitor market conditions, and make tactical adjustments to keep portfolios aligned with client objectives.

Tax Planning Specialists

Our tax planning specialists, many of whom are CPAs, work to minimize your tax burden through strategic planning. They coordinate with your CPA to implement tax-efficient strategies and identify opportunities for tax savings.

Estate Planning Advisors

Our estate planning advisors help you develop strategies to preserve and transfer wealth efficiently. They work closely with your estate planning attorney to ensure your plan is properly structured and documented.

Client Service Team

Our client service team handles day-to-day account administration, transaction processing, and client inquiries. They ensure that your service experience is seamless and efficient.

Our technology and operations team maintains our systems, ensures data security, and continuously improves our processes to enhance service delivery.

How the Team Works Together

When you become a client, your situation is reviewed by the entire team. We hold regular team meetings to discuss client situations, share insights, and develop optimal strategies. For complex situations, we may convene a case review meeting where multiple advisors analyze the situation and develop recommendations.

Our team-based approach also provides continuity. Because multiple team members are familiar with your situation, you're never dependent on a single individual. If your relationship manager is on vacation, out sick, or transitions to a new role, other team members can seamlessly step in to provide service.

We have a formal succession plan in place to ensure continuity of service for all clients. This plan is reviewed and updated annually to ensure it remains current and effective.
